Is my program individualised for me?

Yes. Every athlete in our ADP receives a program tailored to their goals, sport demands, movement profile, and performance testing results. No generic templates—just structured, progressive coaching that adapts as you grow.

How are my improvements measured?

We use performance testing throughout the year to track progress in key areas like strength, speed, power, mobility, and movement efficiency. Testing happens at scheduled intervals so we can adjust your training based on real data—not guesswork.

How many times do I need to train to get results?

Most athletes train with us 2–3 times per week. However, results don’t just come from how often you train, but how intentionally. We work with you to build a schedule that supports both performance and recovery.

Am I coached and supervised when I train?

Absolutely. All sessions are coached by our performance staff. We maintain a high standard of supervision, feedback, and accountability so every rep has a purpose and every session moves you forward.

Do you work on my speed and agility?

Yes. Speed, acceleration, agility, and change of direction are core components of the ADP. We integrate field-based movement work and sprint mechanics into your program to ensure strength transfers into performance.

What is the earliest age I can start working with you?

Athletes can begin from 8 years old in our Emerging Athlete Development Program (EADP). The ADP is best suited for athletes aged 16 and up who are ready to take their training and preparation to a more advanced level.

I live far away and travel will be hard. What options are available to me?

We offer remote coaching through our online platform, complete with performance tracking, training videos, and regular check-ins to ensure you’re progressing.

I’d love to train at home once a week. Is that possible?

Yes. We can integrate home-based sessions into your program to fit your schedule or travel needs, especially if you’re combining gym work with on-field training. You’ll still be coached, tracked, and progressing.

We run coached sessions Monday to Saturday, with flexible session times across the morning, afternoon & evening - pending on the day.

MEMBERSHIP

We offer weekly direct debit, and upfront payment.. Upfront options come with added discounts, and we’ll work with you to find the best fit.

We have three weekly membership tiers:

If I pay upfront, do I get a discount?

Yes. We offer discounts for athletes who commit and pay upfront—both for 6-months and 12-month programs.

I don’t like direct debit (the big commercial gyms ruined it for me). What are my options?
