Timeframe

The money-back guarantee is valid for the full duration of your active program. Refund requests must be submitted at the time of cancellation, and eligibility will be reviewed during this process.

Exclusions

If you miss any sessions, skip testing, or fail to complete the full program as designed, the guarantee becomes void. No exceptions. No partial refunds.

Refund Process

Once a refund request is submitted, our team will assess your training and testing records. If all conditions have been met and no measurable improvement has been recorded, we’ll issue a full refund via direct deposit to your original payment method.

Non-Compliance

Failure to meet the outlined requirements will result in ineligibility for a refund. We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances.
